St. Thomas Church is an incredibly vibrant church that welcomes folks from all backgrounds and denominations. With over 1,300 members, our community is made up of children of all ages, teenagers, young families, adults and seniors, and a wonderful church staff. We offer more than 85 ministries that engage our church community and channel their gifts for faithful service. Our mission is simple: to know Jesus and make him known to others.
St. Thomas Episcopal Church, founded in 1698, soon after the first English settlements in Pennsylvania, has survived for more than three centuries to become a flourishing congregation in suburban Philadelphia. We are situated on a spectacular 43-acre campus that is a unique treasure in our region. St Thomas Church operates one of the finest nursery schools and strongest youth ministries in Pennsylvania. We are truly committed to rich and lively worship. Through faithful teaching of the Bible and prayer, compassionate pastoral care, excellent preaching, fantastic music for all ages, opportunities to get involved, fellowship and so much more. St.Thomas Church works to inspire us to serve others and share God’s peace, love and joy.
