St. Thomas is blessed to have some of the finest flower arrangers in the Diocese of Pennsylvania. Each Sunday, except in Lent, the flowers from the altar are removed and broken down into smaller vases which are transported by volunteers in the parish to members of the church who are shuts in, recovering from surgery, in the hospital, grieving or celebrating something special.
